“Our party of four paid for a VIP tour. Even though we paid for the VIP experience, we had to wait in a very long line. Once we got on the boat, there was no space for our "VIP party" on the top deck. We ended up riding under the top deck and only being able to see out of heavily water-stained windows. We could open some of the windows, but not enough for all of us to see, plus you had to look through a very small space, versus the open-air top deck. This experience was extremely disappointing, and none of our party would recommend it.”
