“This is the second bus tour I’ve taken. First in Paris and then again in Miami. It’s a great way to explore the city, learn about cultural artifacts and see the sights of a new place! Super excited that I got to see the hotel where Scarface was filmed in Miami!!! Wouldn’t have known about had it not been for the tour. Guides are friendly. There was an issue with one guide that would not accept my mobile ticket and I had to go to the Main center to get a print out. But the print out Had an exclusive offer on the bottom that gave us a free day!…”

“BEWARE! We booked a 2pm before the airport. Received an email that it was DELAYED do to unforeseen circumstances with no time. Said we could receive a refund. Then they booked us at 2:30. Not acceptable since we were heading to the airport after the delay. Asked for a refund. MIRACULOUSLY the 2pm opened back up. We weren’t there. No refund. You know they just oversold. Bunch of scammers.”

“We enjoyed our time on the water with Walter as our tour guide. He was very thoughtful and courteous throughout our tour. We were able to use the Bluetooth to play our own music. We brought our own drinks and snacks. The weather was warm and sunny—be sure to wear sunscreen.”

“The tour leader spoke English as her second language and yelled into the PA system. All of the older couples couldn't understand a word she said. It was great to see Miami, but we didn't learn a thing about the city.”

“The location where tour starts is an unorganized mess! No one is really in charge. They’d rather be snacking on food and talking! They never clearly explained how we were doing all three tours. It was piecemeal information and all tours started late. We did not see any alligators on Everglades ride except the caged ones! Bus tour was hard to understand guide as she had three different languages she was using and had a strong accent herself. Besides having 30 kids on bus yelling and screaming to people on the street! Boat tour was ok but didn’t show much! Boat was playing rap music so loud!! Get a different…”

“It is very difficult to find a stop. Bus is not air conditioned and it was 110 here in Miami yesterday No guidance how to use headphones and find the channel with your language. The bus is all beaten up on the inside.”
